Jim and his wife, Erin, were fortunate to return to the Coulee Region in 2011 to start his practice and provide Chiropractic Care to the community. Jim’s passion for chiropractic began when he was a sophomore in High School and he tore his hamstring playing basketball. His Chiropractor helped him rehab from his injury and he was able to return to playing basketball faster than the doctors expected.

Dr. Jim saw how his Chiropractor helped him heal from his sports related injury quickly and this motivated him to want to help others do the same. During treatments for his own injuries, he was able to see the benefits of combining Chiropractic Care with simple rehab exercises and that has helped shaped how he treats patients. Dr. Jim has also taken extra classes in a low force technique called Activator and holds a certificate in Nutrition Counseling, all of which he uses to help patients live a healthier more pain free life.

Dr. Jim and his family enjoy spending time on the trails hiking and biking, playing basketball, and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle.

Dr. Mindy was born and raised in La Crosse, WI.  She graduated from Logan High School and went to undergraduate school at both the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.  She pursued her chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she graduated in 2011.

Dr. Mindy grew up going to the Chiropractor regularly.  She has seen the benefits of good medical care throughout her life and knew she wanted to be in a medical field that allowed her to help people.  As natural health and nutrition advocate she decided to pursue Chiropractic medicine with the intention of helping her patients feel their best. Mindy models a healthy lifestyle and enjoys teaching others about the strategies and benefits of physical activity, good nutrition and emotional well being.

Dr. Mindy and her husband Matt have three children; Lily, Gavin, and Halle.  Her experience of having three children so close together also gave Dr. Mindy personal insight into the benefits of Chiropractic care while dealing with the discomfort that can coincide with growing a baby.  She loves helping moms find relief through their pregnancy and postpartum transitions.

Dr. Mindy and Family

When she is not busy taking care of patients, Dr. Mindy enjoys spending time with her family.  She loves to hike and explore our beautiful area.  She enjoys a good house project and gets very excited talking about home renovations and design.  Golf, skiing, and yoga are also things she spends time doing.

Kristin Krajewski grew up in a family of five in central North Carolina with her two younger sisters. She moved to the Onalaska area in 2012, after meeting her husband. Kristin graduated from Globe University’s Onalaska campus with an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy.

Kristin has always been intrigued by the way the body communicates to us. This interest developed early on when addressing some of her physical ailments. She found that by simply hearing what her body was saying, she was able to heal herself through self-care. One of the methods of self-care that she found particularly beneficial was the power of human touch through massage therapy.

In 2013 she decided to get the most out of her passion by attending Globe University for Massage Therapy. After graduating she quickly found herself opening her own practice that was focused on helping people through alternative medicine. She developed a passion for specialty modalities, including stretch-based deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and head/neck focus which is especially beneficial for managing chronic headaches.

Kristin lives in Onalaska with her husband, Adam and their four children, Harlyn, Madelyn, Colin, and Oliver. She is actively focused on family, fitness, nutrition and whole-body health.
